Encompsol is Washington State based LLC, established in partnership with Industry, Regulators, and the Public to develop, deliver, and maintain, an electronic Hazardous Materials Planning System (HMMS) that would serve all stakeholders involved in handling, responding to, and recovery from chemical releases. Encompsol, previously known as Environmental Compliance Solutions and The BOLDER Project, was the recipient of the EPA Hammer Award in 1999.

Mission

Encompsol software is designed to protect the health of the public, firefighters, and industry while ensuring full environmental compliance at the local, state and federal levels.
