Encompsol LLC Expands Management

Mr. John Gardner appointed Director, Fire Compliance

Bellingham, Wash., July 7, 2009 Encompsol LLC announced today that Mr. John Gardner has accepted a position with the firm as Director, Fire Compliance. Mr. Gardners primary responsibility is to serve the needs of Encompsol LLCs growing customer base in meeting the requirements of both the Uniform Fire Code and the International Fire Code. In this regard, he will be working with both the customer and the company in ensuring the entire products and services delivered meet the appropriate sections of the codes. In accepting this position, Mr. Gardner will serve as one of three managers guiding the future of the Encompsol LLC.

Mr. Gardner has over 41 years of practical experience in the Fire Service. After retiring from the United States Air Force in the Fire Protection Field, he was hired as the Fire Prevention HazMat Specialist in 1988 for the Chandler Fire Department; in May of 1991 John was promoted to rank of Division Chief/Fire Marshal. John retired from Chandler Fire in May of 2009 after serving 21 years with the Department.

In addition he has multiple degrees and certificates, including a BS/BA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, an AAS in Fire Science from the Community College of the Air Force and is a Graduate of the National Fire Academy Executive Fire Office Program. His certificates include Hazardous Materials Waste Management from Arizona State University, International Fire Code Certified Fire Inspector II, Firefighter III Certified in the Arizona, National Fire Protection Association certified as a Fire Inspector I and II, and is also a certified Fire Instructor. John has also served on the NFPA Committee for Professional Qualifications for Fire Brigades and on the NFPA Committee for Professional Qualifications for Fire Marshal.

In accepting the position, Mr. Gardner said he is convinced that Encompsol LLCs prospects for growth are substantial "As Encompsol LLC continues to grow and its products are seen to maximize the protection of anyone facing a hazardous materials or evacuation emergency, more and more opportunities for new areas of business and partnerships will emerge."
