Encompsol Cited As "Noteworthy" In 3rd Party Audit

To Whom it Concern:

I am a Health and Safety Specialist for a large Copper Mining Company in Arizona. One of my responsibilities is maintaining our Site Emergency Response, Security and Contingency Plan. While available, they were located on various corporate web sites and was not as easily accessible and organized as I had hoped it could be.

Being a Retired City of Phoenix Firefighter/Paramedic and Fire Code Inspector, I understand the importance of having quick and accurate information available about building systems, manufacturing processes information, and Emergency procedures in the event of a crisis.

After evaluating several other software programs on the market I decided to purchase the Encompsol system for our Site.

Not long thereafter, our site was audited. The Audit was for the Health and Safety workings of our Site and included evaluating our Site Emergency Response and Contingency plan and our Hazardous Materials Management system. The Lead Auditor asked difficult questions about our Emergency Planning and our systems, so I directed her to our Encompsol site and watched her jaw hit the floor.

She was not only impressed with the Encompsol system but gave our Company a Noteworthy rating during her Audit.

The Noteworthy Rating is given to organizations that go over and above in an area to deliver what the Auditors are looking for.

The Encompsol system impressed her enough that she included the system in her slide show presentation during her Audit teams final closing meeting that included our Company top Management.

Needless to say I am impressed with Encompsol as is our Senior Management.
